Photography Sessions at Grace Ridge Farm

We are excited to offer our farm as a location for photographers to bring their clients for sessions. With many different scenes available, we can provide the perfect place for any photo event! Our farm offers a unique setting for any photo event. These reservations are available for professional photographers only with a business insurance policy. Please no private inquiries.

📸 What We Offer:

• Expansive fields filled with lush grasses, trees, and wildflowers

• A beautiful river featuring multiple scenic spots, including a striking birch tree hanging over the water

• Groomed pathways winding through the thicket

• Optional animal photo sessions available for an additional fee (please inquire for details)

💲 Pricing & Booking Details:

• $100 per hour (maximum of 8 people per session)

• Larger groups are welcome—please email us at graceridgefarmllc@gmail.com to discuss additional fees

• Sessions must be booked at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability

• Rescheduling is allowed for inclement weather, but bookings are otherwise non-refundable

📍 Farm Etiquette & Policies:

• Our farm is a working property, so farm staff may be tending to daily tasks during your session, but we will respect your privacy

• To ensure safety, no outside animals/pets are permitted unless pre-approved

• Please respect private areas, including the residence, chicken coop, and outdoor sheds

• There is no designated changing area on-site—please plan accordingly

• Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled session and be mindful of your time slot

• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behavior is deemed inappropriate

About our Farm + Farm Etiquette

• We are a working farm. There may be people working outside during your shoot on the property but we will be sure to give you space and privacy for your time slot.

• Since we have animals on the farm, we do not allow any other pets/animals on the property unless discussed in detail prior to your scheduled date.

• There is also a private residence, chicken coop, and outdoor sheds on the farm and we ask that you refrain from accessing those areas. 

• Photographers are responsible for informing clients that there is no designated area to change. Some accommodations may be made prior if a wardrobe change is needed. 

• We ask that you arrive no sooner than 15 min before your shoot and are respectful of your time slot. 

• Please note that we have the right to ask you to leave if we feel your behavior is unacceptable at any time.
